The best compliment I can pay this cottage is that it really did feel like a home.
Well kept, well furnished, lovely owners and in a fantastic location. Close to the coast, a town and the countryside.

Excellent location for walking, retail therapy, good eating places. Have visited 4 times, still discovering new places to visit and our dog has a wonderful time!

We would definitely recommend this holiday to others. The cottage was equipped and decorated to a high standard. It was home from home and having to be house-bound whilst we waited out some heavy downpours was not a problem as the cottage was so homely and had beautiful views, even when it was raining. Would love to go back again.

This is our second visit and it won't be the last. We think this is the ideal venue for a country holiday, so much to do so little time, excellent food from Clinton Arms, Indian take away in the village and the Black Horse. Thank you Mike and Kim!

Just a lovely, lovely property and the owners and their pets all give you such a welcome. The only problem with recommending it to other people, we may not be able to book the accommodation for ourselves!!

Staple Barton certainly has the "wow factor", excellent accommodation. Lots of nature and great walks for dogs.

The welcome that we received was fantastic. The house was wonderful complete with Christmas tree and bucks fizz in the fridge. The house was great, warm, clean and wonderfully kitted out. We had a lovely time.

This is the best cottage holiday we have been on. The cottage is very clean and tidy and we are fusy people!. Everything you needed was there, and the owners were very pleasant. It's a shame it's only 2 bedroom as our family is now expanding and we would require more bedroom otherwise we would book again!!
